Outsourcing

As a certified permanent and temporary job recruitment agency, we offer our clients the possibility of employing workers both directly and through us (temporary recruitment).

We offer various options for the employment of temporary workers depending on clients’ business needs.

If you need urgent support with MS Word document formatting, MS PowerPoint presentations or calculations in MS Excel, we are ready to help you quickly solve your editing problems. We have many years of experience in formatting documents so you will be in the best hands with us.

Thanks to our knowledge and practical expertise with the MS Office package, we have repeatedly helped our clients in crisis situations.

Analytical and mathematical tests (GMAT-type)

We are the only recruitment agency in Poland that provides its own GMAT-type analytical and mathematical tests.

Our customers (mainly consulting industry or financial and analytical departments) use our product to conduct internal tests for potential employees.

As a recruitment company, MKM Support also uses tools of this kind for candidate verification.

HR Audit

Our HR audit service is a response to the growing demand for verification of HR activities and our clients’ frequent requests for support in this area.

We carry out audits in accordance with current legislation and generally accepted good practice market principles while taking into account the organisation’s particular HR regulations and processes. 

We do not only act as auditors for our clients but also step into the role of HR Business Partner and advise management on how to optimise and implement HR activities so that they are consistent with the organisation’s mission and development strategy.

The scope of an HR audit ranges from a review of employee portfolios (including verification of personnel files prior to inspection by institutions such as PIP or ZUS) to all HR processes. 

Our auditors have in-depth knowledge and experience of employee record-keeping, analysis, appraisal strategies as well as career development paths for employees, verification of procedures and real application of HR activities as company business strategy.
