Duties:
- Perform analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs
- Manage and consult on compensation-related issues
- Provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation issues
- Perform ad hoc analysis for costing, program effectiveness and trend purposes
- Identify, select and participate in compensation surveys
- Participate in C&B projects that include analysis, market benchmarking, implementation and communication
- Deliver compensation training to HR and management teams
- Ensure company compliance with laws governing compensation and benefits practices
- HR Analytics and reporting: turnover, compensations reports, ranges, etc. Forecasts, employees’ analysis (eg. D&I KPIs)
- Act as primary point of contact for Talent Managers and business representatives, financial controllers across the whole practice and for the specific business lines
Requirements:
- Multiple years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits or consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices
- Results oriented and flexible person with the ability to manage multiple projects in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills and quantitative skills
- Highly detail driven
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to create tools and models to interpret and analyse data
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English (C1/C2)
