Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Partners from the London Office;
- Organizing and maintaining very variable calendar and coordinate business‑travels;
- Producing work that is timely, accurate, and meets the corporate standards;
- Creating and proofreading documents to ensure they meet quality standards;
- Ensuring proper flow of information and documentation;
- Building and maintaining co-operative relationships with clients and colleagues of all levels both internally and externally.
Requirements:
- Bilingual or English native-speaker – as a must;
- At least 5-years’ experience as an Executive Assistant;
- Experience in supporting a group of Managers;
- Professional experience obtained in international business circles in the United Kingdom;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
