Job description:
The role is to provide analytical support for Human Capital teams throughout EMEA and requires interactions with HR teams in supported offices.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain Excel models required to run Staffing, PD and HR processes effectively, leveraging all relevant Company’s information systems
- Execute zero-defect analysis of Human Capital data and develop presentations to communicate findings on Human Capital metrics, trends and variances
- Identify information sources and demonstrate effective and creative approaches to data gathering in order to complete value-added analyses
- Monitor and audit Human Capital data to ensure integrity and security
Requirements:
- Fluent English at C2 level (or Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English)
- Expert in Excel – able to design and maintain complex models
- Experience of working in a demanding environment
- Motivated – self starter
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Interest in Talent Management / HR administrative field
