Job description:
- analyze the recruiting needs;
- serve for company‘s recruiting-related matters;
- assist and coordinate the company‘s recruiting projects;
- assist in the new hire induction program;
- contribute to further develop the recruiting program considering global standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- excellent command of Russian and English – both verbal and written;
- at least bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent subject;
- minimum 1 year in a recruiter or HR role;
- solid experience with MS Office applications.
