Responsibilities:
- Tracks, records and ensures accuracy for Consulting Support Services employee movement, i.e. tracks and updates status changes (e.g. hires, promotions, transfers); ensures smooth transitions; oversees file maintenance; runs related reports.
- Audit changes across HR systems as well as updates worldwide Product, Practice and Knowledge program data spreadsheets and presentations.
- Liaises with Boston HR and Staffing Coordinators to support the global Product, Practice and Knowledge program.
- Helps to facilitate moves from Consulting into Consulting Support Services and Product, Practice and Knowledge program by drafting related documentation and employee memos.
- Assists internal recruiting processes, including posting jobs, helping to maintain the applicant tracking system, communicating with candidates and scheduling interviews for hiring teams.
- Partners with Consulting Support Services Talent Management team members during the annual performance and compensation review cycle to draft employee communications, provide status reports, and respond to systems questions.
- Other duties as position or circumstances dictate.
Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of English (C2 level – both oral and written) is a must
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the field of HR/administration in an English-speaking environment
- Strong customer service attitude and professional maturity to interact with senior business executives
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Excellent MS Excel skills is a must
- Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Word
- Knowledge of SharePoint and HRIS
