The role of HR Coordinator is to own delivery of operational and administrative support in the following areas: Consulting Professional Development, Employee Administration and Reporting, Consulting Support Services HR and HR Analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Staff recruitment and induction process support
- Professional Development and Performance Management process support as well as performance review administration
- Sustainability Analysis
- Mobility expatriation and work permits
- Employee administration (HRIS, benefits & compensation, HR policies and procedures)
- Statistics/reports on HR related questions preparation and analysis
- Dashboards and ad hoc reporting requests in supported offices preparation
- Liaising with internal clients in Spain and other Offices from the EMEA region
Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of English (C1/C2 level – both oral and written)
- Proficient knowledge of Spanish (C1/C2 level – both oral and written)
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of HR administration
- Excellent MS Excel skills – as a must
- Knowledge of HRIS (PeopleSoft, SAP, HR Access, Workday) will be an additional asset
