Your responsibilities:
- Providing support for staff recruitment, selection and induction;
- Daily employee operations/administration;
- Tracking Time and Expense data for HR programs and sustainability;
- Benefits administration;
- Providing support in Professional Development and Performance Management;
- Compensation administration;
- HR Policies and procedures;
- Mobility expatriation and work permits.
We are looking for people with:
- Fluent knowledge of German and English (both oral and written) – as a must;
- Minimum 2 years of solid HR administration experience;
- Professional knowledge of HR processes and policies;
- Good knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office;
- Organisational experience (preferably in a consulting company);
- Familiarity with German labour law.
