HR Specialist will supervise delivery of resources allocated within Regional Human Capital Operations in compliance with agreed service levels and the Company’s policies. He or she will provide the following services to supported offices: Consulting Professional Development, Employee Administration and Reporting, Consulting Support Services HR and HR Analytics.
Responsibilities:
Service Delivery
- Provide input on scope and full potential roadmaps
- Drive codification of supported processes in each office
- Monitor service levels for his/her allocated resources and drive execution of action plans
- Drive a strong service culture and make Professional Standards, Operating Principles and Best Demonstrated Practices understood and applied
- Set-up and monitor quality control processes to ensure “zero-defect” attitude for operations
Resource Management
- Regularly assess workload and run efficiency/productivity improvement initiatives
- Organize backup to ensure continuity of service, possibly with support across all HR Operations teams
Recruit and select
- Screen candidates allocated to delivery for his/her offices, in conjunction with HR Manager
- Recommend on selection to 2nd round shortlist
Induction for hires
- Organize and run induction sessions for all hires to his/her team
- Support induction and hire process for other HR Operations teams, as required
Training and PD
- Train and “certify” team members to processes and offices within his/her scope
- Chair and lead regular team operations meetings
- Initiate knowledge and experience sharing sessions within team delivery team on operation effectiveness
- Act as coach and mentor to team members where required
Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of English (C1/C2 level – both oral and written)
- Proficient knowledge of German (C1/C2 level – both oral and written)
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of managing HR projects
- Good knowledge of German employment law
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of HRIS (PeopleSoft, SAP, HR Access, Workday) will be an additional asset
