Responsibilities:
- Close cooperation with Regional and Hiring Managers
- Employee administration support
- Training and introduction process support
- HRIS and Workday administration
- Contract and agreement preparation
- Benefit and Compensation administration
Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of English (C1/C2 level – both oral and written)
- Proficient knowledge of German (C1/C2 level – both oral and written)
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of employee administration
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of HRIS (PeopleSoft, SAP, HR Access, Workday) will be an additional asset
