Responsibilities:
- General employee administration support;
- Contracts and agreements preparation;
- Recruitment activities support;
- Benefit and Compensation administration;
- Relocation processes coordination;
- Training and introduction processes support;
- HRIS and Workday administration.
Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of English (C1/C2 level – both oral and written) is a must;
- Proficient knowledge of French (C1/C2 level – both oral and written) is a must;
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of employee administration;
- Excellent MS Excel skills is a must;
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS (PeopleSoft, SAP, HR Access, Workday) will be an additional asset.
