Job description:
- current administrative support to the President of the Management Board;
- organizing and maintaining calendar and arranging business meetings/trips;
- managing correspondence and documentation;
- contacting clients.
Requirements:
- proficient English (both oral and written) is an absolute must;
- minimum 5 years‘ of experience as an assistant;
- advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- excellent interpersonal skills;
- excellent organization skills and effective time management;
- multi-tasking skills;
- team-work skills;
- flexibility and availability.
