Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to Supervisors, using English on a daily basis;
- Organizing and maintaining calendars and coordinating business travels;
- Creating and proofreading documents to ensure they meet quality standards;
- Ensuring proper flow of information and documentation;
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level)– as a must;
- Fluent Polish (C1/C2) – as a must;
- At least 3-years’ experience at a similar position;
- Professional experience obtained in international business circles;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills.
