Personal Assistant to the Director
of an international company based in London
Job description:
- current administrative support to the Director;
- organizing and maintaining calendar and arranging business meetings/trips;
- assisting during the business meetings taking place in various places in Europe (constant traveling)
- ensuring proper flow of information and documentation;
- liaising with clients.
Requirements of the role:
- at least 3 years of experience on a relevant position;
- fluent command of English is a must have (additional foreign language would be an asset);
- University Degree;
- strong MS Office skills;
- very good organizational and administration skills;
- punctuality;
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- full mobility and flexibility.
