Job description:
- current administrative support to the CEO;
- organizing and maintaining calendar and arranging business meetings/trips;
- preparing and distributing presentations, reports and materials for business meetings, keeping minutes, writing up executive summaries;
- ensuring professional and customer-driven service to all employees, Business Partners, customers, guests;
- coordinating the visits / travel arrangements of official company guests.
Requirements of the role:
- at least 1 year of experience on a relevant position;
- fluent command of Russian, English and Polish is a must;
- University Degree;
- strong MS Office skills;
- very good organizational and administration skills;
- punctuality;
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- flexibility.
