Opis stanowiska:
- Recruitment activities coordination;
- Coordination of the logistics aspects for interviews and assessment/development centres;
- Coordinating the on-boarding processes;
- Training and introduction processes support;
- General employee administration support, as assigned;
- Relocation processes coordination;
- HRIS and Workday administration.
Wymagania:
- Proficient knowledge of French (C1/C2 level – both oral and written) is a must;
- Proficient knowledge of English (C1/C2 level – both oral and written) is a must;
- At least 4 years of experience in the field of recruitment;
- Excellent MS Excel skills is a must;
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS (PeopleSoft, SAP, HR Access, Workday) will be an additional asset.
