Your responsibilities:
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization,
- Develop recruitment strategy,
- Job posting optimization,
- Sourcing channels development,
- Employer Branding,
- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process,
- Comprehensive recruitment campaign planning,
- Participate in employment events (such as career fairs).
We are looking for people with:
- Fluent knowledge of English – as a must,
- Fluent knowledge of German will be additional asset,
- Knowledge and understanding of HR processes and policies (especially in the field of recruitment),
- Experience in sourcing and recruiting Talents,
- Project management & change management experience,
- Analytical thinking a nd ability to build the strategy of recruitment processes,
- Creativity and willingness to learn and develop in the field of recruitment,
- Ability to work as a part of the Team
- Very good communication skills,
- Positive and proactive attitude, with resilience under time pressure.
