Your responsibilities:
Coordinate with practices/offices to map the requirement for their CRM database of client and other executive contacts, and help them to establish, expand and maintain this database. This includes:
- merge and consolidate existing initial Excel based lists of executives, identify missing information, and close these gaps by using internal databases;
- perform web and phone research, i.e. search company websites, conduct press research, use social media (e.g., Linkedin), call company switchboards; and feed required details into the database;
- perform quality checks on the final database to ensure validity of information;
- upload the final list of executives to the central online system.
Use the online system to help cells organize and carry out email campaigns, such as invitations to conferences and other events, as well as knowledge dissemination of whitepapers and articles, and provide advice on best- practice execution to ensure a high quality of all outgoing communication:
- build initial individual distribution list for each mailing;
- upload of hypertext email template, graphic elements (photos, banners, etc), and potential documents;
- collect campaign responses, analyze trends and implement necessary steps to improve the success of campaigns.
We are looking for people with:
- University degree;
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in English;
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially MS Excel – merging, consolidating and quality checking of large Excel files);
- Solid database validation, compilation and management skills;
- Prior exposure to primary/secondary research or client relationship management would be a plus;
- Openness to work in late shift model (12:30 – 9:00 PM) in order to cater Americas region;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels;
- Ability to understand different work requirements, conceptualize, seek guidance in case of challenges and deliver as per the commitments;
- Confidence and enthusiasm to perform primary research;
- Work planning skills and proactivity in approach.
