Job description:
- current administrative support to Executives;
- organizing and maintaining calendars;
- arranging and coordinating business trips: manage complex international travel and visa arrangements, monitoring costs and driving efficiencies;
- ensuring professional and customer-driven service to all customers, employees, Business Partners;
- ensuring proper flow of information and documentation;
- building and maintaining relationships with clients;
- additional administrative tasks related to the business needs.
Requirements of the role:
- at least 2 years of experience on a relevant position;
- fluent command of English is a must have;
- professional experience obtained in international fast-paced business circles;
- customer focus, shown in a proactive and “can-do” attitude,
- flexibility while facing daily challenges and unexpected situations,
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- strong MS Office skills.
