Responsibilities:
- Close cooperation with Regional and Hiring Managers
- Employee administration support
- Training and introduction process support
- HRIS and Workday administration
- Contracts and agreements preparation
- Benefits and Compensations administration
- Headcount reporting and HR data coordination
Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of English (C1/C2 level – both oral and written) is a must
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of employee administration
- Excellent MS Excel skills is a must
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS (PeopleSoft, SAP, HR Access, Workday)
