Your responsibilities:
Accounting responsibilities
- Review the accounting books and statements; ensuring correctness and accuracy,
- Prepare all required reporting for subsidy purposes,
- Support relevant accounting, banking and cash management processes,
- Support management and leadership by providing insight, analysis and financial results for review,
- Monitor expenses and compliance with the tax requirements, office policies and processing invoices in banking and accounting systems,
- Perform other tasks as requested by management.
Payroll Responsibilities
- Collect and prepare payroll data,
- Closely cooperate with external payroll service provider,
- Review payroll calculation,
- Calculate PFRON,
- Prepare the required documentation, reports, information and certificates,
- Contact ZUS, US, GUS when required,
- Monitor absences and settle working time,
- Register and update the internal systems with employee information, payroll, insurance and benefits,
- Ensure compliance with local and Firm regulations: HR, statutory, internal policies.
We are looking for people with:
- Fluent knowledge of English – as a must,
- Finance and Accounting experience,
- Knowledge of labour law and social insurance regulations,
- University degree, preferably in Finance field.
