Responsibilities:
- Organizing and maintaining calendar and arranging business meetings/trips;
- Producing work that is timely, accurate, and meets the corporate standards;
- Proofreading documents to ensure they meet quality standards;
- Coordinate sophisticated travel itineraries and administering the timely procurement of visas and other travel documentation;
- Ensuring proper flow of information and documentation;
- Liaising with clients.
Requirements:
- Proficient English (C2) – as a must;
- At least 2-years’ experience as an Executive Assistant;
- Experience in supporting a group of Managers and Partners;
- Professional experience obtained in international business circles;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
