Responsibilities:
- Organizing and maintaining calendar and arranging business meetings/trips,
- Producing work that is timely, accurate, and meets the corporate standards,
- Proofreading documents to ensure they meet quality standards,
- Assisting during the business meetings taking place in various places in Europe,
- Ensuring proper flow of information and documentation,
- Liaising with clients.
Requirements:
- Bilingual or English native-speaker – as a must;
- At least 2-years’ experience as an Executive Assistant;
- Experience in supporting a group of Managers;
- Professional experience obtained in international business circles;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
