Your responsibilities:
- Performance review administration, including partner/manager upward feedback
- Pulse Checks surveys administration according to established schedules and provide timely summary reports to management
- Employee administration (compensation, absences, etc.)
- Benefits and compensation administration
- Mobility process support
- Other administrative tasks for both Brussels and Paris offices
We are looking for people with:
- Proficient knowledge of French and English (both oral and written) is a must
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of employee administration
- Understanding of French labour law and Syntec convention collective (preferred)
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of HRIS (PeopleSoft, SAP, HR Access, ideally Workday)
