Responsibilities:
- Close cooperation with Regional and Hiring Managers;
- Employee administration support;
- Training and introduction process support;
- HRIS and Workday administration;
- Contracts and agreements preparation;
- Benefits and Compensations administration;
- Headcount reporting and HR data coordination.
Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of English (C1/C2 level – both oral and written) is a must;
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of employee administration;
- Excellent MS Excel skills is a must;
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS (PeopleSoft, SAP, HR Access, Workday).
